At SAJU Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box or bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
